Know the Signs
Problem gambling may be present if you notice:
- Spending more than you can afford to lose
- Chasing losses with larger bets
- Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or other problems
- Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
- Neglecting work, study, or personal responsibilities due to gambling
- Borrowing money to fund gambling
Responsible Gambling Tools
All casinos listed on this site operate under gaming licences that require them to offer responsible gambling tools. These typically include:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you deposit.
- Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
- Session time limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the length of your gambling sessions.
- Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from a casino for a set period or permanently.
- Reality checks: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.
To access these tools, log in to your casino account and look for the "Responsible Gaming" or "Player Protection" section. You can also contact the casino's support team directly.
